About Serah's
Please allow me to introduce myself. I'm Serah Pris Secrève- Sanders, owner of Serah's Art of Living a Real Estate agent; well experienced over the last 20 years in purchasing houses and apartments for clients.
In all price ranges; I'm offering the service; mainly throughout the great Randstad area The Hague; Amsterdam up to Utrecht; as well all other places in the vicinity of these cities. I'm happy to assist you in this area of the Netherlands.
Serah's Art of Living offers to you that extra step; being always available, pick you up and drive you back from work or home, which saves you a lot of time and find your way. This is one of the reasons that large network of clients are happy to use this convenience and support.

How we work
Buying or renting a house is always an exciting endeavour. I would like to take this tension away a bit by means of an introductory meeting. In this conversation we are able discuss, among other things, your preferences, time frame, your budget and in this regards the advice process able to give to you. No need to be faced with surprises during the search for your new home. I will keep you well informed. In this way we can start our co-operation to search realistically.
After the introductory meeting, it is clear to all; when the search can begin. Serah's Art of Living uses the full network and links where possible. For example, we contact fellow brokers and investors on the selling market. In this way, I could be informed which properties are not yet registered on Funda or other sites and would be ready to offer on a short time notice. I'm will do the utmost to be available at all times during our working hours; Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 13.00 p.m. With this effort I will help you to find your new home in the most optimal way.
